I am hoping to regain confidence in your company as I like your products and have recommended them to many others. Please have them call me to resolve this. Your company has not called me, despite my requests for them to do so at (303) 785-1761. At my request, your company sent me the registration code for my VideoPad, but I cannot use the pro version because I do not have the serial number. I am now forced to use the free version, which is not satisfactory. Unfortunately, to my surprise, uninstalling Express Burn caused my VideoPad to be uninstalled as well, and I have been unable to gain access to the professional version. But a software associated with it, Express Burn, was causing problems, and I uninstalled this. The second issue: I have paid for and enjoyed the full professional version of VideoPad, as your records will reflect.
The total $59.93 needs to be returned to me. When I phoned them about this, my bank used the word "scam." However this charges are characterized, they were unauthorized and unwanted. Your company has taken an authorized $59.93 from me since July of 2021. The first issue: Two days ago I discovered that you have been charging me $9.99 every 3 months since 2021, for a "newsletter" that I have never received and do not want! To compound this issue, the "newsletter" in question concerns software that I do not use, PhotoPad. My confidence has been compromised by these two issues. However, I now have two pressing issues your company must resolve if I am to retain my confidence in NCH Software.
